Agency ($349/mo)
Priority email + chat + scheduled calls. Dedicated success contact. 1-hour reply target during business hours. Best for agencies managing client portfolios.

Office hours and response times
Our team is distributed across Europe and North America. Business hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm UTC. Outside business hours, we'll still respond — just slower. We don't escalate on weekends except for production-down emergencies (Agency tier only).
